Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Mississauga, ON

Salary: $45-47k

Perks:

  • 2 weeks’ vacation (pro-rated for 2016)

  • Benefits after 3 months

  • RRSP after 1 year, matching up to 3.5%

  • Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm (must be able to work until 5pm when one of the other team members is on vacation)

  • Small office environment (total of 10 employees in building)

  • Business casual, with casual Fridays

Requirements:

Fully Bilingual – Excellent communication skills English and French (written and spoken) Minimum 3 years of customer service/order desk experience Assets:

  • SAP (or any ERP) experience is definitely preferred

  • Strong team player

  • Strong multi-tasker

  • Excellent telephone etiquette (good customer service skills)

  • Ability to work with a small team

  • Hard-working and detail oriented

  • Ability to travel (very minimal, but CSR will occasionally go on site visits with the Sales Reps)
