Salary: $42k-45k


  • 2 weeks’ vacation (non-negotiable)

  • Taking anywhere from 35-65 calls daily from customers

  • Entering orders/dispatching information into Salesforce software and coordinating with the warehouse for orders/shipments

  • Follow up correspondence with customers, suppliers, team members regarding various issues i.e. inventory transfers between branches, stock orders, checking inventory in the US, quotes.

  • Track shipments, correction requests, generate quotes and process all faxed orders and quote requests.


  • Quebecois French preferred

  • Excellent multitasking skills, high volume order entry

  • Prefers someone with no industry based experience who they can train

  • Quick learner

  • 2 years of previous customer service experience an asset
