Salary:
Junior = $38k, plus 16% commissions
Senior = $44k, plus 20% commissions

Job Description
The Sales department is responsible for achieving Revenue and Gross Profit dollar targets by managing current customer base and developing new customers. Specific measurements include Answer Rates, Service Levels, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Product Mix, Margin Management, and Awareness and Capitalization of opportunities. The primary focus of the Account Representative is to develop solid business relationships through proficient call handling, effective communication, probing, negotiating and closing. Their primary focus is on account growth and development within an account base. Utilizing outbound calls, Account Representatives are expected to develop a specified customer base and prospect incremental business in order to attain growth objectives and increase customer breadth. Account representatives are also required to consistently meet monthly productivity goals: including call quotas, quality service metrics and team performance. A key responsibility will be to gain understanding of the reseller needs, have and in-depth knowledge of technical product lines and provide a timely response and professional service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required
Focus on account growth & development within account base
Performs outbound calls to a specified customer base and prospect incremental business in order to attain growth objectives
Achieve outbound calling goals
Achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that support corporate initiatives (specified on a quarterly basis)
Consistently meet productivity objectives and customer satisfaction
Effectively negotiate Tech Data gross margin (when appropriate)
Receive and effectively handle inbound customer communication (phone, fax, email)
Up-sell to existing customers
Meet financial goals while maintaining and expanding product mix and market share
Liaise with outside sales to develop strategies, relationships and service levels
Meet monthly productivity goals – Includes call quotas, quality service metrics, team performance
Attend appropriate vendor training/seminars
Liaise with other departments on behalf of customers
Qualifications
Bilingual English & French with communication skills (oral/written)
Post-Secondary Diploma
Sales /Marketing Customer service skills in a Call Center/Retail in Computer Industry environment
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
Probing, negotiating, closing
Technology Savvy- Knowledge of Software and Hardware products.
